  Why Rent A Home??

When it comes to the decision on where to live, you have two initial options...to buy or to rent. The decision must include careful considerations of lifestyle and financial situations. Sometimes it makes sense to buy but other times it makes sense to rent.

Here are some reasons to rent your home....

  • Are you in the military? If so, you never know when you are going to have to PCS. With a military clause, you can pick up and leave a rental unity quickly.

  • Saving extra money for a future home purchase down payment. If you can put 20% down, you may qualify for a lwoer interest rate and avoid mortgage insurance. Saving money while renting may be a good way to increase the amount of money you have available for a home.

  • If you're in the process of changing jobs or are unsure of future income, renting might be the better option for you.

  • Are you concerned about the responsibilities of home ownership? Home ownership involves the commitment of both time and money to ensure that your property is maintained. When you rent, it is the landlord's responsibility to maintain the property.
